Christmas is coming soon!!

                                                        

Don't you hear the bells calling out? Don't you feel the cool breeze that pass by? Do you smell the cookies that mothers bake? It's a sign that Christmas is coming and we all know that us children should be ready for our Christmas lists. 

But do you know that you don't need to have gifts, cookies, bells, decorations and a Christmas tree. All you need is the spirit of Christmas and to give love to all. I once had Christmases that never went good as I thought, well, not only once but some quite few years. Back when I was 7, me and my family were just like ordinary people who had not enough money to buy a Christmas tree and gifts, But, do you know what? My papa told us to get our little bits of crayons and the card board next to our chair. My papa cut it into a shape like a Christmas tree and my little brother and I colored it all green. While we were coloring the tree, my papa was cutting some silver paper from his cigarette box to make them as the decorations for the tree. The last finish was the star, the three of us sat happily cutting it and coloring it while our mother was out selling Lumpia. When my mama got home she was surprised to see that we were going to have a Christmas tree after all. My mother said that not only we made a Christmas tree but we also helped the environment by using recycled materials. We were very happy. That was One of my Best Christmas I had.

See? As long as you have your spirit and your family with you, your Merry Christmas would be a very Happy Christmas after all.

If only...

                         If only I could... I would...             If only I knew, I could have told mama. If only he told me, we could have done something about it. If only I knew how to save him, he could have been alive by now.
