Fighting Emotions
Fighting Emotions...
We should learn how to fight our strong emotions. We shouldn't let them get in the way to distract our concentration in order to achieve what we want.There was a kid in school that had a problem fighting her emotions.
One day they were already in their last subject for the day. They had to bring news everyday but she was too busy that weekend so she forgot to make one. For the past few days some of her classmates had no news so she got angry to them but not the same way she scolded at the girl. So her teacher checked their notebooks one by one then that time her teacher was mad and that time she was unlucky and there was a wrong timing about this her parents were called the teacher said words that the girl wouldn't like. After that she was in the room of creative writing and her teacher saw the look of some the faces of the girl and three more of her classmates that got scolded in the classroom earlier. Their teacher told them to write in their journal and express all the things they feel that day and they did. The four of them were crying while writing and the girl was mad at what happened because no teacher has ever said bad things to her and she couldn't write properly and concentrate. All she could write is how bad she feels and how mad she is, her tears were pouring down like rain and the way she wrote was like a mess by the emotion that she had inside her. No matter how hard she wiped and wiped her tears, she still kept on crying, she couldn't think properly that why was that time she was so unlucky. They all passed their journals and the teacher read each and she gave comments to them and she said she should learn how to fight her emotions and because of these words, she kept trying and trying to stop crying and she did. She took the advise that every mistake you make, you learn from it and correct it. You should accept it and never do it again.
We shouldn't make our mistakes as emotions cause these are one of the cause that can destroy our goals. Yes, we know that sometimes we should be happy when we work but we should take in positive emotions not negative emotions.
